FROM THE EAST: I would like to thank all of the brothers who came out to help with the Apple Festival. This was a great success even though it rained. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1st, 2003 will be our LADIES NIGHT BANQUET to be held at the Level Volunteer Fire Company at 6:15 pm. Cost will be $15.00 per person. Brethren, this is one way we have to thank our ladies for helping us thru out the year.
A Stated Communication of STEPHENSON LODGE NO. 135 A.F.&A.M will be held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5th at 7:30pm. There will be a discussion on the proposed amendment to the Grand Lodge Constitution; also, an update from the Building Committee.
The SCHOOL OF LAW will be held THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6th at 7:30 pm in Mount Ararat Lodge No. 44 in Bel Air, Maryland.
A SPECIAL MEETING OF STEPHENSON LODGE NO. 135 A.F.&A.M will be held on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8th at 9:30 am. To confer the Fellowcraft Degree on Brother Chad Blevins. Come out and help with the conferring of the degree.
THE HARFORD COUNTY SCHOOL OF INSTRUCTIONS will be held on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14th at 7:30 pm at SUSQUEHANNA LODGE NO. 130. The E. A. Degree will be exemplified. All officers are requested to attend and all Master Masons are invited.
The Grand Lodge Religious Services will be held on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16th at 10:00am at Bonnie Blink. All brethren, their families and friends are invited to attend.
The Grand Master’s Banquet will be held on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16th at 7:00 pm in the Grand Lodge Building. Cost of the evening is $35.00 per person.
The GRAND LODGE ANNUAL COMMUNICATION will be held Monday, NOVEMBER 17 starting at 2:30 pm in the Grand Lodge Building. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm at the cost of $17.00 per person. Grand Lodge will reconvene at 7:00 pm.
On TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18th at 7:30 pm will be open installation of Grand Lodge Officers. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm at a cost of $13.00 per person.
A Stated Communication of STEPHENSON LODGE NO. 135 A.F.&A.M will be held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19th at 7:30pm. The second degree will be conferred on those eligible.
Brethren, there are still seven (7) dues cards for 2003 on the desk of the secretary. They MUST be aid by December 31st or you will face suspension. The secretary now has the cards for 2004. The dues are $36.00 per year. Please, pay your dues promptly as the Lodge needs to pay our bills.
